The resources a community needs can already exist within it.
Many children lack access to basic education. At the same time, educated women may be unable to work outside their homes because of family responsibilities or social circumstances.
SPIRIT brings them together. A woman’s home becomes a safe, local classroom for approximately 25 children—and her knowledge becomes a source of income.
